Network Topology & Kinetics

Network topology influences everything from the diffusion of polymer chains within a medium (both the diffusing chain as well as the environment it is diffusion through) through to the bulk viscoelastic properties of a material. These selections of our work exemplify our work on developing reaction rate coefficients for crosslinking reactions, the influence of structural characteristics of the crosslinker monomer, to the impact of the surrounding structure (e.g. adjacent monomer structure) to a network node on the efficiency of crosslinking at that site. This is not an exhaustive list of our work here, but simply some key examples.
